In the original version of this article, in the ethical approval section, the IRB number “IRB 113-189-B” should be “IRB 113-089-B”. The ethical approval section which previously read The Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital Research Ethics Committee (IRB 113-189-B) was approved the study. The committee waived requirement for informed consent due to the low risk to patient safety. The Declaration of Helsinki principles were applied in our study and all methods adhered to relevant guidelines and regulations.
