Abstract

Oxygen saturation (SO2, %) describes oxygen status of human blood, which is widely used for diagnosis in medical area. A photoacoustic system is designed to measure oxygen saturation by using a 638 nm single light source as the trigger to convert response ultrasound to SO2 (%). A convert formula is successfully provided and the best performance is located on SO2 range from 94%-98%.
