He served as a director of the Taiwan Mass Spectrometry Society, a director of the Taiwan Society of Chromatography and Separation Technology, a national standard technical committee member of the Bureau of Standards, Inspection and Quarantine of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, a reviewer of the National Certification Foundation, and a professor of the Medical Inspection Department of Tzu Chi University (since 1995 Tzu Chi University began to teach 25 years to date). He was an adjunct associate professor in the Department of Chemistry of National Dong Hwa University, director of the Drug Abuse Testing Center of Tzu Chi University, leader of the analysis team of the Athlete Drug Testing Center of Tzu Chi University, and an occupational safety hygienist.
